"Just wanted to share a really positive experience I had with the MS team...I bought 2 ski boots as I am a large size and I don't live nearby, so I was going to try them at home and return the one that didn't work. I did just that, and the team sent me a return label, but I got an unexpectedly high charge for that return shipment on my refund. After giving them a call, they refunded the shipping charge which was totally unexpected! Great service, selection, and a great pair of boots I was glad to find. Thanks MountainSports!"
