a month agoThis place rocks (pun intended)! It was my birthday and I went in with my partner for some fun and Braden was so incredibly sweet and kind to us while we were there. The whole place is very clean, beginner friendly, and overall a great place to work out. Highly, highly reccommended if you're looking for something to do by yourself or with a group!

a month agoAs a first-time boulderer, Alex made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the Bouldering 101 class. They emphasize the strong sense of community that is at Movement, which is exactly what I am looking for. Alex’s approach is encouraging, clear, and focused on making sure you feel challenged at your own pace. Highly recommend!

3 weeks agoOverall a pretty good climbing gym. I have been a member here on and off for about 4 years, from when this used to be Summit Fort Worth. Since this is part of the larger DFW Movement system, the routesetting is usually very good. There is good route density and there are new sets every week or two, so there is always something new to climb. There is not any roped climbing at this Movement location, but the bouldering is the best in Fort Worth. There is a small workout area upstairs, so if you mostly want to climb and just lift a little bit on the side, there will be enough equipment for you. The only machines they have are a rowing machine, treadmill, stair stepper, and pulldown machine, so definitely not a full gym. A day pass here and rental gear is fairly expensive, but members get free guest passes every month, so if you just want to try out climbing, try finding someone to go with.

2 months agoFort Worth is sandbagged. I suck at this place. 🤣 I love the kilter board room. It feels like a cave, but it can be awkward if there are more than a few people.

4 months agoGood experience lots of fun the difficulty colored board seems a little off though some yellow colored paths were somewhat difficult meanwhile I was easily climbing some pink red and green paths but other than that it was amazing
