2 years agoI paid $77 for the VIP tickets we spent 15 minutes on line although it said VIP no waiting time. Whatever we ho in and the whole maze lasted less than 5 minutes to go through and it was a bunch of kids just laying on the floor and or just walking around. Don't waste you money nor time. Absolutely not worth it.

a year ago1. Paid extra $10 per person to not wait in line, get there and we were the ONLY people. 2. Attraction took us 3 minutes that means I paid $11.67 a minute per person to walk through a building & have a couple people pop out to “scare” us 3. This was in a dispensary heavily filled with cannabis smoke & I had minors with me

5 years agoUnfortunately, this business charges way too much and only uses volunteers. I paid $160 for 4 VIP tickets on the Friday before Halloween. We were the only ones there around 9:30PM. We had to wait about 15 minutes to start even though we were the only ones. We got in and the “actors” were standing around talking to other employees not in costume. WE WERE SURPRISING THEM. I emailed the company after our bad experience, requesting a partial refund but they are ignoring me. I was hoping to resolve this with them without having to post a negative review. We basically just walked quietly and quickly through a short maze. No one was working. It lasted probably 4 minutes... for $160 Don’t waste your money!!

6 years agoSuch a giant waste of money! Boyfriend and I got a deal through Groupon where we only paid $35 for both tickets but it still wasn’t worth it. Stood in line for almost an hour even though the line was pretty short. We basically just walked through a bunch of empty rooms and mazes with very little interaction with any actors. Then when we did get to interact with the actors, they were incredibly aggressive. They split us up by literally yanking me away and shoving me down the hallway until I almost tripped because they wouldn’t let go of me. Then one of the actors threw an arm around my boyfriend but ended up punching me in the side of the face in the process. Advertisements brag about forfeits and no one under 18 allowed but there were several young kids there. Overall, it was the most disappointing haunted house we’ve ever been to. We would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

3 years agoPaid $35 for the VIP tickets and this was the biggest letdown in a haunted house I’ve ever experienced. They play big in to how many dont make it through the whole thing - why? The entire setup had maybe 5 actors tops. And two of them were just “hosts” who told us where not to go. They try to blame it on Covid but the state allows way more people to be in there. Such a let down. 15 minutes tops and a waste of $35z
