"North community has the richest sense of community and diversity in the twin cities. Absolutely love this neighborhoods and it’s community members. The youth sports programs however, needs to be assessed, upgraded and re-delivered with the level of quality and excellence our already at risk young community of children deserve. The quality of delivery and the expectations on both young people and adults/coaches is below measure and tough to watch. We have work to do there. Mike can’t do everything and many parents are questioning the competencies and qualifications of the park director(s). It’"
