"We were invited to a birthday party. And it was great. The downside is that they had normal classes while the birthday party was going and it was very confusing for kids. Plus one of the staff yelled at one of my girls (she is 4) because she was accidentally crossing to the training area. And after the food was served. My other daughter sneaked back to the gym for a quick jump on one of the play area but she was strictly instructed again in a very unwelcome tone that she shouldn’t be there. The 3 star is because my daughters enjoyed it. But they need training on customer service specially when"
