North County Gymnastics and the Gyminny Kids Poway

We were invited to a birthday party. And it was great. The downside is that they had normal classes while the birthday party was going and it was very confusing for kids. Plus one of the staff yelled at one of my girls (she is 4) because she was accidentally crossing to the training area. And after the food was served. My other daughter sneaked back to the gym for a quick jump on one of the play area but she was strictly instructed again in a very unwelcome tone that she shouldn’t be there. The 3 star is because my daughters enjoyed it. But they need training on customer service specially when it relates to kids

North County Gymnastics is an amazing place for kids to learn and grow! The coaches are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and great with children of all skill levels. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and provides a safe environment for learning. My child has gained so much confidence and strength since joining, and we couldn’t be happier with the progress. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a top-notch gymnastics program!

They have always been so good with the kids and my daughter loves coming here every time! She has learned so much since starting and always leaves happy and feeling accomplished! We love Gyminny kids, thank you!

Hey...as a grandmother to a girl (7) and boy (9) | can tell you that I am impressed with the time and attention these children receive at this facility. The staff is very positive and even offer an excellent play area near parents seating for wee ones not in the gymnastic area It is very clean and friendly, safe and organized! They have nice BIG glass windows, free K-Cup beverages or H20 and plenty of parking. Monitors are available to view the various angles of the kids and parking areas. I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party at the Poway location on a Sunday, which turned out to be a great choice as we had the entire facility to ourselves. The kids had a blast, and my daughter said she had a great birthday party. However, the experience was marred by the staff, particularly the woman at the front desk, who was not welcoming from the moment I arrived. The two instructors were fine - they supervised the kids while they played - but lacked enthusiasm and didn't seem happy to be working on a Sunday. To make matters worse, before the party was even over, the lady at the front desk handed me a clipboard with a bill and a survey to fill out. At one point, she announced that the party was over and instructed me to start cleaning up immediately, even though we were still taking photos with guest and family. One employee even remarked that we were taking too long. It's important to note that the facility is closed on Sundays unless there's a scheduled party. However, if the staff is going to be dismissive and rude to paying customers and their guests, perhaps they should reconsider hosting parties on a Sunday.
