San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour Point Loma

Our 5 year old daughter has been attending this gym for almost 2 year now. She absolutely loves coming here. Coaches are all very friendly and if you live in the area, your child is bound to run into someone they know here.

I just want to shout how GREAT San Diego Gymnastics is! Ever since my daughter started last June she has improved her skills so much. The coaches are so good, they keep them engaged while still keeping it light and fun. She has since grown in her abilities and confidence. She has also made so many friends while in these classes. They also offer kids night out monthly that is amazing for the kids and the parents too! I couldn't be more happier! Just needed to update this review because this place just doesn't disappoint! They offer so many other fun activities! The staff are all amazing and fun and the kiddos love all they do!

My 8 year old daughter is enrolled in gymnastics class, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and encouraging. They take the time to explain each move step-by-step, ensuring my daughter feels comfortable and confident. The class is well-structured, with a great balance of warm-up, skill practice, and fun routines. I love the supportive atmosphere. My daughter is having a blast and always looks forward to her class every week. Highly recommend San Diego Gymnastics.

We’re still kinda new to the area, but after a few months with SDG, we’re all in. After lots of research and way too many Google tabs, we’re so glad we landed at San Diego Gymnastics. The staff is amazing, the energy is contagious, and the vibes are just right. We’re excited for all the flips, fun, and friendships ahead. SDG feels like home already and we’re here for it!!

We absolutely love San Diego Gymnastics and Parkour Point Loma! Lily has been thriving here and has already advanced to the second level in just a few months—she’s having so much fun and learning so much! Coach Maria is incredible—she’s so patient and truly makes every practice enjoyable for the girls. It’s obvious how much she loves what she does, and her energy is contagious. The entire team is so welcoming and supportive, which makes us look forward to coming every week. Watching Lily grow her confidence and skills in such a positive environment has been amazing. We’re so thankful to have found this place!
