Insider tips

  • Be aware that the venue has no large exterior sign; look for 'signs in the window of their suite' when arriving.
  • Budget for additional costs if your children are interested in playing arcade games, as they are a 'separate cost'.
  • Consider this venue for birthday parties, especially for younger children, as it handles groups well and keeps kids entertained.
  • It's an excellent choice for families with special needs children or adults with medical conditions, as accommodations are made 'no questions asked'.
  • Manage expectations regarding the quality/speed of some slides for very young children (e.g., a 3-year-old might not slide smoothly).

Good to know before you go

  • If you are seeking a facility with brand-new, very fast slides for toddlers, as some slides are described as 'well loved' and might not provide a smooth ride for the youngest visitors.
  • If you expect highly sophisticated or 'fancy' amenities, as it is explicitly described as 'nothing fancy'.
  • If you are on a strict budget and your children are easily drawn to arcade games, as these incur a 'separate cost'.
  • Bathrooms can be 'a little dirty' based on one review.
  • Some bounce slides appear 'well loved' (worn), potentially causing smaller children (e.g., a 3-year-old) to 'sink' rather than slide smoothly.
Crowds
Seems to manage crowds well, even with birthday parties running concurrently, as there was 'still plenty of room for the kids to play.'
Value
Arcade games are a 'separate cost' in addition to the main entry fee (no specific entry pricing mentioned). The overall value appears good for birthday parties and general play, with children consistently 'NEVER bored' and staff noted for going 'above and beyond'.
Food
A 'decent sized room' is available for party guests to sit and eat. No explicit policy on outside food or snacks for general admission is mentioned.
Accessibility
Explicitly 'accommodated several children with special needs as well as adults with medical conditions no questions asked,' indicating a strong commitment to accessibility and inclusive practices.
Safety
Features a single, clearly defined way in and out, enhancing security and making child supervision easier.

"Not bad honestly. There’s just enough things to keep the kiddos occupied for a couple hours and a lot of running room. It’s nothing fancy or anything like that but overall to take your kid on a cloudy rainy day or when you wanna try something different I would recommend. Bathrooms are a little dirty, but other than that everything is fine."

"Wonderful experience!!! My daughter had her 4th birthday party today. We have several children with special needs as well as adults with medical conditions that were accommodated no questions asked. Many parents from our party made several comments about how much this place had to offer for their birthday parties, and remarked on how the children were NEVER bored. The place was clean, it wasn’t overwhelming or overstimulating. I’m so thankful to you all for my girls special day!"

"Good concept, some of the slides look well loved and my 3 year old just sunk when he went down them. There are arcade games in there that he was more interested in trying to play (separate cost). There's an area for 4 and under that's roped off and seats throughout for adults to sit while kids play. There is one way in and out. Honestly you can see most of the play area from the tables by the front door. Staff were readily available as well. There was a birthday party there and still plenty of room for the kids to play. Just FYI, there is no large sign on the building, just signs in the window"
