a week agoThe worst place on earth. If I could give it 0 stars I would. To start it off all the employees are kids and all very rude. The higher staff and managers don’t care and also super rude. They need to be shut down because this place is insanely dirty from hair balls on the trampolines to dust on the walls. The floor is all sticky. For a place catering to kids they need to do a better job cleaning i wouldn’t be surprised if your kid got sick the next day. The kitchen is very dirty I wouldn’t trust eating the food. You have to pay an extra 10 dollars just to watch ur kids what an absurd rule no other trampoline establishment is like this. The employees that are supposed be watching your kids are kids themselves and are goofing around, on their phones, or basically falling asleep. Save ur money and ur health and go to sky zone or urban air.

3 months agoI loved the place, it's super fun, I had a great time with my family, the food was delicious and the guy Jose Carlo was very friendly, the adult drinks were spectacular, 100% recommended. So to spend a day with your children and family I would go again

9 months agoPrices are reasonable, parking is free, games are nothing out of the ordinary compared to other similar places. The rock climbing is very small, their basketball court is even smaller, but their trampoline area is a good one. The axe throwing place is really good but was disappointed at the poorly given explanation on how to run it. Their pool area is ok but was disappointed that there were only two with the space to put more. My biggest disappointment was the customer service, which is terrible because a good number of their staff are high schoolers that don't care much about this job. Even some that don't speak English at all dealing with the public directly at the front desk. The service at the bar area is slightly better with reasonable prices. Overall, this is a good place to come maybe once or twice a year for a birthday or to bring a large group of kids and forget them for a few hours.

4 months agoI booked a birthday party room for my son. For the amount of time given to be in the room isn't worth the money. Everything felt rushed. But the food was good and our hostess was nice. Very loud, and crowded on Saturdays. I suggest parking in the back of the facility, a lot more parking spaces.
