Beautiful park near downtown Danville. Plenty of baseball pitches, pickle ball and tennis courts around. And the walk along the perimeter is really nice, with mini rose gardens around. Props for the super clean restrooms.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this park. Playground for both older and younger kids is amazing. Bucket swings for infants / toddlers and regular swings for bigger kids. Full jungle gym type play structures dressed up as the Wild West. Super fun for kids. Padded ground with lots of shade from surrounding woods. Sounds come out if the play structures when you hit a button. A full section of updated picnic tables and more private ones scattered throughout the forests area as well. Wheelchair accessible washrooms. Great parking lots with lots of spaces available. A lot of folks had picnic blankets and were lounging near playground while kids played. Recommend bringing a blanket and packed lunch for everyone when you visit. Great atmosphere here!

What a great park! It has a super cute play area for kids, ball fields, basketball courts, and a paved walking trail in a loop. There are rose beds and a pretty botanical area. The neighborhood is nice. It feels open and safe. I have seen people with dogs off leash but I've never had an issue with one being unruly. For you pokemon go players there are tons of poke stops and gyms and I've had fun meeting other players.

Absolutely lovely neighborhood park with athletic ball fields and support facilities, tennis and pickle ball courts but also a circular pathway, children’s play equipment and a picnic area with a large number of very nice tables. The entire facility seemed extremely well maintained and tended to and there were accessible restroom facilities. The most unexpected feature was the extensive and lovely rose collection in numerous gardens throughout the totality of the park. Many of the roses were labeled for identification with memorial placards or dedications. This park is a real attribute of this community and worth a trip to experience.
