"Dear YMCA Administrator I am writing to express my deep concern about the treatment my 4-year-old daughter has received from Ms. Mac, a staff member at the childcare center. Despite the YMCA's mission to strengthen communities and promote inclusivity, my daughter has been made to feel unsafe, uncomfortable, and excluded. Over the past two months, Ms. Mac has consistently displayed dismissive behavior towards my daughter. She has rolled her eyes when my daughter asked simple questions and deliberately left her out of group activities, such as art crafts. These incidents have occurred repeated"
