10 months agoSerene park with massive trees, a garden, a small picnic shelter, and a creek running by. There are a few picnic tables and an outhouse.

2 years agoA beautiful little park with a trail around it. Would be quite accessable to people using wheelchairs, except there's a bit of a hill if you want to get down to the platform over the creek, and then back up.

2 years agoWent here after the lake forest farmers market and walked around. So far out of 4 parks that I have visited in Seattle area This the only one that had a bathroom.

5 years agoCute little park with a short hard-packed dirt trail (about 1/4 mile loop). A few large trees surround the path, with a grassy field center. A few benches sit next to the stream (which is fenced off to protect salmon habitat), and there is a small WSU master garden that provides vegetables for a nearby food kitchen. My favorite feature however is the darling water fountain shaped like a plant. You have to sip from it if you get the chance! There is no play equipment at this park, but the park across the street has some for younger children.

4 years agoBeautiful. However. Be alert the fencing is corral fencing and there are plenty of openings for your dog to escape the park. Also, beware of the mean old guys with dogs on leash. I ran into 2 of them yesterday, and they really upset me. They will lecture you that the park is not off-leash. They will not let your dog play with theirs. They will threaten that their dog will attack your dog if you don't walk away. They will fail to identify a harmless playful puppy and claim it is a vicious dog. I am attaching a picture of my pup, so you can see he's just a sweetheart.
