"Super disappointed. We drove quite far only to get there and drive so much more trying to find parking. VIP parking people just said go over there .. I drove all over there “ & couldn’t find anything security must’ve seen me drive in huge circles 3 times around the entire park and didn’t direct to where I could park. My child might’ve really enjoyed the attraction. It would’ve been nice not to waste the day driving so much to it, during, and home again. I don’t know what we missed. I wish we didn’t even try. It really was a waste of day & gas driving so much with no luck. Will not try again n"

"Absolute scam. Bought two tickets but ended up driving around the park for an hour with zero parking. There was a huge gravel lot on the southeast corner totally empty. Security did nothing to manage the traffic from everyone else fighting for spaces that was backing up. Made multiple attempts to communicate with PirateFest with no response through the web form and by email. The support email just sends a reject message that the account isn't there. I'll be reaching out to my CC company to get my money back and never dealing with these frauds again."
