"Poor customer service. The two men “working” there were too busy texting on their phones to help us, and we were the only ones in the store. Another customer came in later, and she was also ignored. We had to ask the clerks to assist us, rather than them asking if we needed help. Plus they knew very little about the equipment we were checking out."
