Need to rent your snow gear ... ask for Owen! We went in a few days before we were headed out to the mountain to reserve what we needed. His expertise helped our whole family with our gear including ski rental and snowboard rentals. We didn't know sizing and he quickly provided options asking for fit/comfort! Also ... the pricing is the best in the valley! Thanks for making this process almost as enjoyable as hitting the powder.

I recently took my skis into Play It Again to get waxed. A young man I think goes by the name Travis was very attentive and well educated about this topic and addressed all my concerns very well which I really appreciate! I was a bit hesitant about going somewhere new. However, the quality of the wax job was amazing. The attention to detail in their work is evident. The turn around time was great it was within the hour of my dropping them off that they were ready. Plus, the price was very reasonable to the quality of the work. If you’re looking for somewhere to work on your skis I couldn’t recommend Play It Again them highly enough especially Travis. I’ll be back again.

Big shoutout to Micah who helped me find a solution to my bike issues. After a rubber tube flying off and an ongoing flat tire issue, Micah took the time out of his day to diagnose the issue which ended up being a pinched flat caused by a wrong sized valve stem. He was not only friendly but helpful and thoughtful. Thankful for Play It Again making it Right Again!

I can't say enough great things about the crew at the PIAS East Boise store, especially for Aaron and his team in the bike shop. He was so patient and supportive and helped my husband build his dream hardtail MTB. This is no ordinary second-hand sports gear store, especially when it comes to the bike shop. They know their stuff! You guys rock!!
