This place is so fun. The structure is bigger than any other indoor playground we have been to. It was very clean. And the staff was super nice! The pricing is also extremely fair.

This is such a great concept to have in a rainy city! I love the idea and my kids (ages 6, 4, 1) had a wonderful time. It’s big enough that they felt as if they were going on a big adventure on their own, but I could see them the whole time. The only thing that was a bit of a turn off for me is it was dirty. Not just dusty, that too, but also just felt like they needed to do a big deep clean, in addition to a more thorough daily clean. They did appear short staffed, so that may have contributed to the daily mess, but the deeper cleaning needs to be a priority because it felt gross climbing around in the structures. I totally get some food on the ground and things like this, because kids are messy, but this went far beyond that. See attached photos of some of the spots I snapped while playing with my kiddos.

This place is great for kids and parents! The staff here is incredibly friendly and patient. There aren't any other places with a play area this large in the Seattle/Bellevue area. For those who complain about pricing, I bought a 10 visit punch card and that drives down your overall cost. This place is a great way to spend an afternoon in Seattle where your kids can get all their energy out while you sit back, relax and recharge. The longer you stay the easier it is to get your kid down for bed that night!

I used to like this place. We usually come once a week. Aways on a Monday. They’re constantly changing policy. For example not accepting cash and changing the price of play. $18 up from $10 just because kids aren’t in school?? Well I guess that backfired because this place is empty right now and rightfully so. That’s crazy. $18 and my little girl will be playing for a grand total of 1 hr and 15 mins…. Not worth $18 and if she didn’t drive so far to get here and if she didn’t have her heart set on coming here today, I would have walked out.

Love this place! Kids are closed in. They have a great seating area for parents. Kitchen has pretty good food. Wine and beer selection is pretty solid. The staff here are so friendly and the place is really clean considering it’s full of wild kids all day.
