Pleasantly surprised by this nice clean indoor playground for kids. I took five of my six granddaughters for two hours of playtime at approximately $81 for all six of us for entry. It’s modern with plenty of areas for the kids to explore, climb, and play. There is a separate gated play area towards the rear to accommodate smaller children or little ones with disabilities. Plenty of seating for the adults is available near the Cafe or cubbies near the ball pit and other areas. Don’t forget to remove your shoes on the playground and wear some socks! Call ahead to ensure it’s not closed for a private party or event.

Pros: The place was really clean. The staff was friendly. My daughter is 3 and had an amazing time! There were lots of things for her to do. She never got bored in the two hours we were there. Ball pit, swings, tricycles, slides, etc. The prices at the Cafe were fairly reasonable. No need to purchase socks, just make sure you bring your own. Cons: parking was atrocious on the weekend, we had to circle it twice to find a spot. There are only two stalls in the bathroom.

Visiting over the Christmas/new year holiday with our 5yr old. After 3 straight rainy days, we needed to get out and play. We googled and found Playland. 2hrs of indoor play geared for 1-10yrs olds for $16 is amazing!!! We don’t have it in ENC. Highlights: Clean/safe Positive/chill atmosphere Employees circulate and interact as needed with kids. They are positive and happy to see kids playing - not grumpy or bothered or constantly yelling “no, don’t do that”. This really is a playground for your kid to let loose and enjoy climbing, jumping, falling, running, all the things. Seems like a family run place that really has put a lot of thought into how kids play and enjoy lots of diverse stimuli to interact around them. My five year old played hard for 2hrs straight! There’s padded benches, seats, and cafe tables. Lots of seating to supervise at a distance if your kid is at that stage. It’s also very normal to get into the space and play with your littles too. *there is even a smaller play area that is gated for littles to get in if that’s your pace. Didn’t try the cafe yet but many folks had hotdogs, waffles, coffees, grilled sandwiches, and yummy kids snacks. Sitting back with a cold coffee and chilling while kiddos burn their energy is a great business concept! Only con: I wish I could’ve brought in our water bottles. Their sign says no outside food/drinks. There is 100% access to water fountains. In hindsight I’m sure I could’ve asked if water was ok. Check next time.

I used to really like this indoor playground — it was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a safe space for my baby to play. Unfortunately, it seems like the quality has been slipping lately. Things are getting noticeably dirtier, and some of the equipment is starting to be worn down. During a recent visit, I was shocked to find poop in the play area. I reported it to the staff immediately. While they said they would clean it, I was surprised there was no apology or even a simple “thank you” for reporting it. I made sure to clarify that it wasn’t from my child, and all I got was, “It’s ok”. Cleanliness and hygiene are critical in a space meant for babies and toddlers — and so is a respectful, professional response when serious issues are raised. Will not come anymore.

We just celebrated our boy’s 5th birthday and I could cry at the thought of how much fun he had. The place is clean, well managed, and perfect for all ages. Everything went perfectly!
