This place is just THE BEST. We've brought our now 2.5 year old here for the past year whenever we are in town visiting and he loves it. The ball pit, maze, giant slides, and trampolines are fantastic, and the downtown Salisbury street with the shops that kiddos can play in is a cute addition. Staff are super friendly as well.

This place used to be so good! We loved coming here often, but it's been about 6 months since our last visit. Came today to find most of the foam blocks destroyed and ripped, no toys in the play areas (puppet theater-no puppets; vet center- 2 over sized animals that kids can't even pick up and no doctor equipment; ice cream stand with no ice cream, no scoopers, nothing; they're also extremely dark with no overhead lighting for that area). Anything that's meant to be touched like the games, balls, etc are sticky and filthy with grime. Such a shame, I feel like the upkeep of this place is slipping. Even the mats that should be easy to clean around the slides are absolutely filthy. This spot doesn't seem as sanitary as it once was, leaving a lot of room for concern about taking young children here.

I don't normally write reviews but I'm going to this time because of Karen's running the place down. I have took my 14 month old twice and this past weekend went with my nieces, nephews, stepdaughter, and my daughter. Ages (2) 17, 14, 13, 10, and 14 months. Got into a debate on facebook about the cleanliness of this place. All of the kids have had a blast both times I went. I see nothing wrong with the cleanliness of this place. People on Facebook were downing this place and saying the one in mooresville was cleaner, I can't comment on the one in mooresville as I've never been there. But from what I have gathered the fun factory cleans just as much as that one does. My thoughts are that the fun factory is in a older building and it's not in mooresville where a bunch of rich Karen's live. Therefore Karen's want to put this place down. We have not gotten sick either time from going here and see nothing wrong with it. My only complaint would be the older kids going into the toddler section. I would like to see this place stay for years to come where I have somewhere to take my 14 month old to play, but if everyone keeps it up they may go under for no reason other than it's not new and fancy enough for the local white SUV Starbucks drinking Karen's.

We visited The Fun Factory today with our son who just recently turned FOUR and the space is perfect for that age group. It wasn't busy and he was able to run around and explore. He loves ducks and they had a duck game, I spent $5 and was unable to win him one and of course he didn't like that. I asked the young lady working if I could just purchase a duck and she responded she would ask the owner. A few minutes later a young man who worked there said he had an owners card that would allow him to play the game and try to win my son a duck. After about 5 or so tries he finally won him one and my son was so excited. I realize they didn't have to do that, but I greatly appreciate that they did. It is those small acts of kindness that can make a kids day. We will be back 😊

This place was fantastic when it first opened, but unfortunately, it has declined over time. The cleanliness has become a major issue, with unpleasant odors, visible stains, and deteriorating foam blocks that haven’t been replaced. It’s disappointing to see the lack of upkeep.
