On the day of the event, I had no confirmation of the arrival time or the staff members who would be attending. The attendees arrived only 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of 5 pm, which shortened the experience. They immediately began a pony ride, which was not what I had paid for. When I inquired about this, I was directed to speak to the main attendant. She then removed two children from the ponies, upsetting them in the process. This issue caused a 20-minute delay and left the children feeling sad. Once the other animals were brought out, we were not warned that the rabbit might bite. Additionally, none of the animals were friendly enough to be petted, which was very disappointing as no one could interact with or take pictures with them. For $300 for one hour, I expected friendly animals and a quality experience. out of the four goats, one was tied on a leash and the babies were not allowed to be petted. The baby pigs had a skin rash, which made me hesitant to let the children touch them. The attendees left within 45 minutes of arriving. I contacted the number on the website and informed them of the situation, but they did not acknowledge the issue. They simply contacted the attendees and informed them I had a petting zoo. Overall, the experience was very poor for both my guests and myself. Due to this experience, I will not be using your services in the future and will be leaving a review so others can be aware of the issues I encountered. i emailed the company and have yet received a response. After reading your response i will go ahead and post the pictures of the animals that looked sick which i made sure to state in my last review (the piggy’s) now my daughter has had the same or similar rash on her skin. Not sure if it was them. But i will find out tomorrow when i take her to the doctor. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT RENT THIS PETTING ZOO. They’re unprofessional. How will the arrivinng time be 5 minutes prior to my hour experience? Not only did they were late but they were rude and in hurry. . I believe because we were the last ones in their route The animals were running from children none of which were mean or aggressive towards the animals. I have videos of how the animals didn’t allow anyone to touch them. I wish i could upload them but idk how to. Also Not to mention i didn’t receive nearly the amount or variety of animals I had paid for just chickens rabbits and a few goats oh and the piggy’s . On top of that the so call sanitizer was never brought out, I had to bring some from my home. Which that’s fine. they did not clean after themselves and they left earlier than the time they needed to. But since you want to call me a liar in other words here are some pictures of the piggy’s that had a skin rash and would not stop scratching (screenshot of the video that shows them none stop scratching) As well as a picture of my baby with skin rash that appeared the morning after. I didn’t want to have to do this but since you want to deny my claims. Instead of accommodating me. Or apologizing for the terrible experience. Which are 100% truth. I don’t write reviews because i don’t have the time, but for my baby. i made sure to make time because this is unbelievable. You’re dealing with children and hard working parents that expect nothing but a great service for what they’re paying. Would you had replied to my email we could’ve avoided all of this . But it seems like you guys are a fraud and take money from people and need to fix the service you provide. So parents please be careful with this company and your children. I will update on my Child’s skin condition tomorrow and see how i proceed next.

I booked for my sons 4th birthday at his school and it was the best experience. Jackie was amazing with the animals and the kids! Would recommend 100%. I also had the trackless train and it was bigger than imagined, Everyone received a ride!!

We recently hired Ponies and Petting Zoo of Miami for my daughter's 2nd birthday; it was a great experience! The company arrived earlier to set up and asked where the animals could go. The folks who serviced the animals were very polite, respectful, and professional. Can't say enough good things about them. All the children got to go on the ponies and also had a fun time feeding the animals. Overall, it was a great experience. Can't recommend them enough!

We had an amazing experience for my 3 year old's birthday party! Before booking I called 3 different places and this company offered the best value for 2 hours with pony rides and animals. Booking was easy and every detail explained by email. On the day of the event, it rained hard all morning and they asked if our afternoon event could be pushed back half an hour to accommodate earlier clients. Unfortunately we couldn't change the time and they were very gracious about it, they even showed up early. I can't describe the look in our 3 year old's eyes when the ponies showed up in our backyard. That alone was worth the price!! The pony handler was wonderful and patient with the kids including the ones who were scared. The ponies were very calm but he was always on the lookout to make sure no child was standing directly behind them. The petting farm was a huge hit with the littles. We had chickens, ducks, baby pigs, bunnies and a goat. All the animals looked healthy and behaved really well around small children, including the goat! The kids could interact with the animals inside the pen and feed them with little cups. Again, the couple of handlers were really nice and patient with the children. They do speak mostly Spanish but as long as someone in your party can help communicate it is not an issue. Go ahead and book, you will not be disappointed!
