"This is an amazing little museum and a great resource for the community. If you are traveling on I-64 and want a dose of art, history and river culture, stop here. We learned so much about the history of Portland, the Ohio River and contemporary life. Great for kids! Kudos to the staff! It's a free museum, but it's always great to donate."
