10 months agoWe were at the festival. It seemed to be fun. Some attractions do not justify their cost. I think this event is quite expensive, but in any game you could win a small toy as a consolation prize. An adult entrance ticket is $15, and children under 6 years old are free. $115 for 250 tickets, 1 ride on the carousel of 12 tickets.

11 months agoWhat do you expect? 13 tickets for rides, $20 for 32 tickets. Curly fries $13. It's a fair. The brew festival is going on too. I have never seen such a sad showing.

10 months agoThe pricing was ridiculous. They wanted more than $100 for a little over a hundred ride tickets. It might sound like a terrific deal, but each ride contained at least 13 tickets. They did not provide any form of package in which you pay a certain amount for, say, a bracelet and then ride an unlimited number of times.

a year agoBeautiful place. I still see many homeless people but People had a good time with family and friends. Chill and relax place.

10 months agoThe Rose Festival Foundation needs to rethink their business practices. The fair was hardly worth the price we had to pay to get, and Funtastic us outrageous with the ride prices. I realize you use them because they are local. But their rides are unsafe and overpriced. Paying $20 for 30 ride tickets when the rides are 13 tickets a piece. Is intentionally ripping off the people of the community. Is that the kind thing that represents Portland in a good way? I think not, and the Rose Festival Foundation should be ashamed for letting them do that to people who support the Festival and live in the community. The rides and games they use have not been upgraded or changed since Funtastic opened it's doors as a company and that is obvious by looking at their equipment. One of the sad looking roller coasters couldn't even make it up the first small hump on the track. It gave up and had to go back and get a running start at the hump to make it. These rides are all outdated. You could have a better time and pay a lot less money at Oaks Park. Unless you make some changes. I see the Rose Festival going down in flames very quickly. Because many people were unhappy and they were voicing their displeasure out loud. Do better as a committee and take pride in the Festival and how you represent the community. You should not be allowing those people to be robbed by Funtastic like that.
