Powhatan Playground

"I went here to get my legs back in shape. There's two longer stairs from the sidewalk from Williamsburg Road to the park. The shorter one seems to rise 20 feet up stone stairs. The longer and higher stairs seems to be between a forty and fifty feet rise from the sidewalk and the full top of the stairs. At the top there's benches to rest on and look over the Richmond skyline. Oh there's a children's playground there too. The park has restrooms that are closed right now because of construction.. the park is dog friendly."

"Nice park with basketball courts, baseball field, playground, a picnic spot overlooking the area, horseshoes pits, and a community garden. The playground has an awesome zipline like feature, but it needs maintenance, as it would only go a short ways before grinding to halt (but the kids still enjoyed playing on it)."

"This park is great! There's lots to do here for everyone who needs it, the community is great, and the sunset views are amazing. I highly recommend this park as one of the best in Richmond in terms of city views"
