11 months agoWARNING: Significant development in your child’s essential life skills and overall athleticism will occur. If your child loves playing sports, games and field trips then you have to try PROtential Sports! This is our son’s (and now ours!) FAVORITE routine summer and school break camp! Review: We first tried PROtential Sports last summer (2023) and one of the things that impressed us the most was their genuine care and attention to detail for both the kids and us parents. From the moment we arrived, to the very last day of summer camp, it felt like we were part of a big family. The staff, from managers to coaches, went above and beyond to ensure every child had a blast and are always available to help you. PROtential Sports thoughtfully structures the day so kids are safe from the summer heat; swimming and playing outdoors first, then relaxing indoors with a movie or independent/small group quiet playtime before returning to more outdoor play. And with three (3) weekly field trip options, you can reward (e.g. summer reading logs, behavior, chores, etc) your kid with a field trip that will fit your budget if you want. Not to mention when sharing our summer plan with our son’s JA Soccer Coach, he (the coach) thought that this would be an excellent choice to give him a break, keep him conditioned through cross-sports playing, but most importantly - for him to have FUN while staying active - not over training! If you’re in the fence, please consider reading two of my favorite experiences thus far that illustrate their family-style values are my son’s (summer) birthday and additional transportation: 1. Last year I asked if I could bring in a simple, allergy-friendly treat (Publix cupcakes) to celebrate our son’s summer birthday with his new friends and they not only allowed it, they remembered it for this year and recommended a time to bring it since it was on a field trip day this year so ALL campers could enjoy the treat. They made sure our son's special day was fun and memorable, two years in a row now - thank you! 2. They diligently monitor the number of confirmed campers at each site; so when one week had more cancellations due to last minute holiday (4th of July) travel, they immediately notified me and gave us two options: 1. Transportation from our location to another site that had enough kids to play and have a good time; or 2. Refund for that week if we didn’t want to send him to another site. NO pressure toward wither choice; just a genuine concern to ensure that all the kids had a great time without inconveniencing us parents. [We chose Option 1 btw! Our son had a blast and we didn’t have to scramble for a last minute backup.] We can't thank the team enough for their outstanding service and dedication. Our son had a blast last summer and during the school year breaks, made new friends, and came home with unforgettable memories - and we look forward to this summer and upcoming school year as well. We highly recommend this camp to any parent looking for a positive and enriching summer experience for their kids - not to mention an enhanced athletic base for the youth athletes returning in the Fall!

2 years agoMy son loved flag footballball this year. We will definitely come back for a second season. We also do after school potential. They do not have a sign out sheet as they should but they know what the parents look like. My son enjoys playing new games and sports at this program

2 years agoMy son has been doing Protential Sports summer camp and loves going to camp! The coaches have been engaging, do a great job of coaching and motivating the kids and seem to really love their job (even on the extremely hot days!). I would definitely recommend their summer camp program. It also is super convenient being in our own neighborhood, and I can drop my son off knowing he is going to have a fun, yet structured day.
