Why families love it
- Both mazes are highly rated and considered 'great' or 'awesome'.
- Haunted house is described as 'creative and spooky'.
- Actors, when engaged, 'really get into character' and enhance the experience.
- Features a 'cool food and drink area with a bar'.
- Creative and spooky design of the haunted house and mazes.
- High-energy, immersive actors (when they are present and engaged).
Insider tips
- If attending, consider purchasing a Fast Pass to bypass potentially extreme wait times, although one review controversially states it's not needed for a 20-minute wait.
- Do NOT expect refunds, even if you cannot complete all attractions.
- Be prepared for chaotic line management, including significant line cutting by other patrons.
- Manage expectations regarding staff assistance; they may not answer questions directly.
- Bring your own snacks/drinks if possible, as on-site food is expensive and of questionable quality.
- Temper expectations for the bar offerings; it's mostly canned ales.
Good to know before you go
- If you have limited patience for long waits (potential 2.5+ hours for short attractions).
- If you dislike chaotic crowds, line cutting, or unhelpful staff.
- If you expect high-quality, reasonably priced food and beverages.
- If you are on a tight budget, as costs (tickets, fast passes, food) can quickly add up for a potentially short experience.
- If you expect consistently immersive actor performances, as staffing and actor engagement can vary.
- Crowds
- Can be extremely crowded with reported wait times of 2.5+ hours for attractions.
- Value
- Poor value for general admission tickets, with reports of 2.5+ hour waits for 10-minute attractions and no refunds. Food is considered 'crazy expensive' ($16 for ground beef nachos described as chips and cheese). A fast pass is almost essential to experience attractions efficiently, significantly increasing the overall cost, yet one review indicates it might not be necessary with short wait times (20 mins), highlighting inconsistency. Compared unfavorably to alternatives like Universal Studios, Disneyland, or Hobb's Grove.
- Food
- On-site food is available and described as 'good fair food' by some, but 'crazy expensive' and low quality (e.g., $16 for ground beef nachos) by others.
- Accessibility
- No specific accommodations for special needs are mentioned in the reviews.
- Safety
- Line barricades are present, but there were reports of frustrated patrons 'getting so irritated that they tried to break down the line barricade'.
What parents say
"It's fun. Both mazes are great though the wait to get into them can be long without a fast pass depending on the time you go."

"I visited this attraction for the first time. Buying tickets on site or online make no difference. Expect to wait 2½+ hours for a 10 min attraction. On top of that, you cannot get refunds if you're unable to visit all attractions on site before closing. People will cut in front of you; I've seen people from the back move their way to the front of the line saying they have friends/ family up ahead. Staff will not answer questions directly. They told my husband and I that if we cannot visit both attractions today, we have to come back on another day. While in line, we seen workers letting in 10+"
