2 months agoGreat customer service! The staff was friendly and quick, despite being the only one there at the time with a few other rooms going on. It was my second time visiting this Escape Room here in Fresno, and I participated with my father and his friend. We all had a blast (and escaped Murder 2.0 with minutes to spare!) I definitely recommend getting the unlimited clues, especially with some of the more difficult rooms. I think his name was Kris? Anyways, I will be coming back to try some more.

5 months agoWe're visiting from out of town and wanted to do something fun, Xcape Room Fresno turned out to be a blast! My family had so much fun the first night we went back for another adventure the next day. We have done several escape rooms before and this was among the best. These puzzles were invented by the team themselves and not purchased kits, so we appreciated the originality and some of the challenges that we had not seen anywhere else. Highly recommend!

6 months agoWe had a great time! It took us the whole hour to finally get out but we did it. It's challenging & fun. The reason for 4 stars was the room was a little warm with all of us in there. 🤗

10 months agoWe had an amazing experience. The worker was very accommodating of our time and was quick and rapid when it came time for clues. The atmosphere of the room matched the experience and story behind it and gave us some frights. Overall a great time, would recommend to anybody looking for group fun
