"Great customer service! The staff was friendly and quick, despite being the only one there at the time with a few other rooms going on. It was my second time visiting this Escape Room here in Fresno, and I participated with my father and his friend. We all had a blast (and escaped Murder 2.0 with minutes to spare!) "We're visiting from out of town and wanted to do something fun, Xcape Room Fresno turned out to be a blast! My family had so much fun the first night we went back for another adventure the next day. We have done several escape rooms before and this was among the best. These puzzles were invented by the team themselves and not purchased kits, so we appreciated the originality and some of the challenges that we had not seen anywhere else. Highly recommend!"
