"Today I had the best shoe buying experience - and probably the best sales experience of any kind. Derrell was incredibly knowledgeable of shoes and foot biomechanics. He also managed customers very well, making sure to spend time with each customer and moving back and forth between them. He even showed me a trick to lace and tie my shoes that instantly made my shoes more comfortable. When I get home, I'm redoing all my laces with his method."

"I've only shopped here twice, but both experiences were great. I go here for nice outdoor shoes and the shoes shopping experience in itself is always great. The first time they were extremely busy and the guy was super attentive and helpful. The second time, even after I told the sales person I'd buy them, she asked me questions to make sure I was comfortable with the shoe. These days quality in service dwindles and staff members (who aren't managers) being interested in their customers, is rare."
