Great outdoor outfitters store, with awesome customer service personnel experience. I am a member, but I don't find myself shopping this great store with awesome outdoor activities selections. They offer camping supplies as we'll as clothing and cycling products. I was there after visiting another store in the same location and found exactly what I needed in a collapsible dog water bowl.

Before you head out there, gear up here! REI started it all and has prepared or family for adventures far and wide! The staff are knowledgeable and so helpful willing to go above and beyond to help you understand and select the best gear for each and every one of our trips! We love the folks here and the equipment is always top notch, and it's always fun to rummage the restock so grab your membership and plan your next journey with confidence!

This location has questionable employees. I want a pair of Clifton 9's and the pair the employee gave me were clearly worn enough in the store to where I noticed that. She seemed taken aback that I was asking for a pair no one has put their feet in. Am I being unreasonable as an REI member? Never experienced that at any REI anywhere in the country. She could've offered to ship an unworn pair to my house, instead she let me leave the store

I've never been in REI prior to today, and came in to buy hiking boots. They were very respectful, and extremely helpful. Available for any questions I had without being pushy. Highly recommend.
