"REI is one of my favorite stores. The store has all the clothes, shoes, backpacks, and camping gear I like. The REI in CalExpo is next to Costco. The location is convenient, but the traffic is busy sometimes. The store is big. They carry many outdoor activities gear in stock. I can get it right away without waiting for the mail order. "I recently signed up for their credit card. The only reason I signed up for the credit card: the cashier told me I’d receive a $100 visa gift card (which was about the price of my item). Heck yeah. Free stuff. I asked is that $100 spendable anywhere. Cashier said yes. Turns out, that gift card is only useable at REI. I went to see how they can help me. The response: you should’ve read the pamphlet. Super helpful. Thanks."
