"3.28.25 6-7pm actual visit Initially I thought it was just my wife and I who had a bad experience yesterday, specifically with customer service. None. I really try to be fair in my reviews as I own a small business but there was 0. Went in to shop for new bicycles. They only had 3 brands. Cannondale, CoOp never heard of, and salsa never heard of. We were shopping for snow gear, particularly snow boots for our little one, and despite the limited inventory, MJ went above and beyond to help us.
