Rockin Jump Concord

We had a GREAT birthday party here last weekend. Jazlyn was the best host. She spoke spanish which was helpful for a lot of our guests. It was SO easy to have a party there- she put out a pitcher of water while the kids jumped and set up our own decorations, handed out pizza, cut the cake, and even washed my knife. The whole thing was seamless thanks to her.

Epic place with tons to do for kids and adults. We went for a birthday and it was a ton of fun. Massage chairs and dive bar music for the adults. Trampolines, dodgeball, and arcade for the kids. The climbing wall was a bit of a dud, looks cool but no climbing past 6f!? Associates were super friendly and helpful.

Ok for jumping, but no one follows the rules. Had children (10-14 y/o) collide with me while jumping in my own little square. Had a child run over my child while he was jumping, also in his own square. (He is 2) Went to the arcade and ran a $20 card in 5 different games and only one worked. Customer service at least reloaded the card and investigated the broken games but I was done playing at that point.

We held my son's 9th birthday party and we all had the best time! Our host, Bre, was wonderfully attentive, patient, so friendly and made it SO easy for my husband and I to enjoy the time with the kids! Vince was so generous and helpful to the kids during the arcade time, the kids want to give a billion star rating! Thank you all for making his birthday a memorable one!

Absolutely, Loved this Rockin Jump location. Amazing staff and a good amount of space. Just recently had a Birthday Party there and I can see why you plan ahead of time. It's PACKED on the weekends with LOTS of birthday parties so keep that in mind when you go on weekends. The only downside of coming here is the parking or less of it. The earlier the better if you want the prime spots. I wouldn't think twice about coming here. The Kids (and some adults hahaha) will love it!
