"My son was really looking forward to his party here and we were really disappointed with what we got. The room wasn’t available at the scheduled time, the left plates and cups on the table from the previous party, and then to “compensate” us for them being late - they offered us an extra 15 minutes in the room. Our party “host” came in once to tell us she thought her shift started 30 minutes later and that she was sorry for not being there (not really her fault, she was also really nice) but overall such a bad experience. Wont book here again."

"This is a great option for kids, especially on rainy winter days or during extreme summer heat. However, cleanliness is a noticeable issue. I saw trash behind games, near the rock climbing wall, and even in the dodgeball pit, despite two employees being present. A little more attention to maintenance would make a big difference. Additionally, the online membership reservation process is cumbersome. A more streamlined system would greatly benefit customers, especially parents managing multiple children."

"Stopped by on a Monday afternoon and it was wonderful because there were seven kids there. I can imagine it’s not so much fun on a weekend when it’s packed. I checked out the birthday rooms. Having a birthday party in a penitentiary would provide the same amount of cheer. Put some murals on your walls. Saddest birthday rooms ever. Put an ounce of love into it. It will go far."
