Round1 Bowling & Arcade North Riverside Park Mall

This place was nice and clean... games range from 6 to 14.6 tokens from what me and my daughter played... they have bowling lanes, pool tables and arcade games. The staff was ok and helpful especially when understanding how the games worked. It was a bit expensive to me the food prices were typical cheese burger and fries with a drink was $13 and nachos with cheese and hot peppers was $7. $25 got 125 points/tokens we went through those quick we had to buy more. However as a 1st time my daughter and I enjoyed spending time there and she even won a tails stuffy out the claw game

They were somewhat short staffed when we visited so we did end up waiting about 30 mins for a bartender to come to work. They mostly serve beer wine and wine coolers. They also have a 3 drink cutoff so just be mindful when planning. The games were fun and the pool tables are a very nice touch as well. I would return here.

Hello, I visited your location in North Riverside, IL today as a recurring customer and today is the last day I will ever step through those doors. Jackie (she said that was her name) the manager was egregiously rude and unprofessional. My daughter played a game and got the bonus tickets (1030 to be exact); I filmed it because she was so proud. So when we went to cash her tickets in for ONE prize she wanted, I was told there was no sign that she had ever played the game on her card. I was asked if she used a different one (no) and so I showed the video. I was told repeatedly there was no way she played the game. So I asked Jackie to check the security cameras. She said nothing and walked off. I had to ask several other workers where she went and what was going on. I was told she was checking the cameras. This was all a LOT for 1000 tickets but my 9 year old wanted the item. So we waited as patiently as we could. She (Jackie) then came back in a very surly tone and asked us to take her to the game. My daughter led the way, because again we FILMED it and had nothing to hide. I was then told that the security cameras were BLOCKED by the crane games. An absolute joke. I was told my daughter could not have the toy or her tickets, when it was clear it was an error on their end. I have never been so irate in front of my child in my entire life. Now I have to find somewhere else for my daughter to play. I’m extremely disappointed in the staff at this location and the fact that my daughter’s fun day was ruined by a RACIST manager who lied and told me my daughter and I must have FILMED SOMEONE ELSE winning the prize. It was at 4:24pm, I told them the exact time to check on the cameras and all. I have absolutely no reason to lie, especially for 1000 measly tickets. Ridiculous and utterly unacceptable. Will never be going to that establishment ever again and will be leaving my honest review on every site.

Round 1 is a very fun place to go but this location was TERRIBLE. When we got there we were told that the cook quit and they had someone else coming in to cook. We waited like 1 hour and 45 and then he told us no cook the kitchen is closed. Paid a lot of money to go bowling lanes were messing up. They had the security guard trying to fix the lanes but never did. We got game cards for the kids cards didn’t work. So of course we’re fed up and want our money back. He told us no and to call corporate or he was going to call the police on us!!!!! This location was nothing but rude and racist towards me and my entire family. The cashier was rude and just kept laughing. The security guard was rude and just stood there watching us smiling and then the manager some dude name don or something was the worse and was the one who wouldn’t help wouldn’t give us corporate number and called the police on us.

Took my brother here so that he could see his favorite game in arcade form. Workers were nice and it seemed pretty clean
