"This place is only 8 months old and over 20% of the machines are broken. I sent an inquiry to corporate asking when it was expected to be fixed and have received no response. (Super professional…) This place is a great idea - combining the best of Dave and Busters with Punch Bowl Social but overall, it doesn’t fully deliver. I came here on a Saturday night around 7:30 PM and it was completely overcrowded with children and families, there was absolutely no parking in the parking lot, and the line for food was extremely long. It was hard to walk to the bathroom due to people being everywhere. I"

"Absolutely had a blast today at grand opening!! We won a ton of stuffed animals. Be warned the games are mostly crane games so if that's not your thing then set your expectations. The best part is how you can win on these games! I highly recommend coming! The staff was great, super nice and very helpful! Edit: 4/1/25 They changed out a lot of the machines to be the skill based ones which are still fun, but in regards to the claw machines a ton of them were made weaker which really sucked. It was a total bummer and even some of the skill based ones, the claws were extremely weak and wouldn't b"

"Really cool arcade with lots of games and claw machines/crane machines. They have imported games such as Initial D and claw machines exclusively from Japan. Fun time for both kids and adults!"
