3 weeks agoI brought my youngest daughter here randomly on a Wednesday to kill some time. We usually go to recreations outlet which is great too. But, upon walking in the staff were super friendly and gave us some great information. Very clean, very well laid out, and tons of fun stuff for kids of all ages! I can’t wait to come back and bring my older two children. They have inflates on the weekends and I know they are going to love that. I’m excited we found a new clean, safe place to play! They also have birthday party options which is a plus.

3 months agoI arrived around 10:00 am on a Friday and stayed until 1:30pm. Positive feedback: I've visited with my (preschooler) grandson twice and he loves this place. He is energetic and it is nice to have an indoor play land that kids can run, jump and play. Plenty of space, play sets and trampolines. It is so big inside it almost has an outdoor feel. All the equipment appeared to be in working order and nothing was broken. My grandson was enjoying himself so much we could have stayed longer. Negative feedback: The women's restroom was absolutely filthy and mentioned this to the woman sitting at the front desk. Her response was that she didn't want to be bothered. Her excuse was that a busload of kids were at the facility. What busload? I never saw a busload of kids. Keep in mind I arrived around 10:00 and stayed for 3 1/2 hours. This meant the mess in the restroom occurred on a prior day. I saw two to three people working but not one of them left the front area to canvass the play areas for the entire time I was there. I suspected by the woman's response that had access to her own private (clean) restroom and that the rest of the establishment didn't matter to her. Two additional items to note: 1) No outside food is permitted which I agree, however; the snacks in the vending machines are not fresh. I purchased mini donuts and it was past the "best buy" date and was stale. 2) Plenty of basketballs and other play balls but a portion of them were deflated. 3) The concession stand area was not tidy and trash can was filled. Like I already wrote, I did not see busloads of kids or large groups of kids. Everyone visiting that day were parents or grandparents. Again, this means that the trash occurred on a prior day. I wish Google offered different categories to rate a business. One star for cleanliness and five stars because my grandson enjoys playing there. Hence, the reason for the three star rating.

3 weeks agoThis place and the staff are amazing. I have a son with profound Autism. It’s extremely difficult for us sometimes to find things that aren’t too overwhelming. The staff takes the time to get to know my son and I. I really appreciate this place. It’s been a safe place for my son. We will definitely be buying the passes!

2 months agoWhat a great transformation in the last few months! The newly opened Snack Bar is much appreciated. The prices are good and the food is perfect for a break and refuel. The attendant was so responsive and respectful. The owner and manager are personable and friendly. You can see and feel the excitement they have for the changes made and the upcoming improvements they have scheduled. The "referee" attendants are attentive to the safety of the children, and reminding them of center rules. There are so many options for the children to burn off energy in a nice atmosphere. Worth the 50 minute drive for me and my little guy. Applause to all of the staff for their efforts to make you feel welcome and their commitment to making JR&P a fun, welcoming place.

a month agoAbsolutely love this place for all 6 of my children ages 11 down to 5! They have made some really great improvements lately with food included and it’s honestly the BEST indoor play area around here! Staff is always super welcoming! Place is always clean! Bounce houses for the WIN! Love this place will continue to come back!
