"Came here to see my niece in her winter concert. I truly feel like this school needs to enforce a uniform policy because seeing the way these kids were dressed IE lack of clothing I thank God my kids have uniforms. I know San Carlos school is boast about being so great but from what I saw it was a disappointment"
