"My daughter has been attending the grommets class for a little over a year and I’ve seen so much improvement with her skills. The coaches are very friendly and are really good at redirecting behavior and capturint kids attention. My daughter does other activities besides gymnastics and SD Gymnastics is her favorite activity to attend! I recommend anyone who wants to sign up their kids to sports to start off with gymnastics since it teaches them good hand eye coordination, balancing, and discipline!"

This is the first gym I have ever been to where there is such a sense of community and inclusion. My daughter, Sophia, always looks forward to her Wednesday class with Coach Kiwi.
