We had my daughter’s 7th birthday party here and had an amazing time! Coaches were all very helpful and made sure the kids had a blast. The open space at the front of the gym was huge to set up lots of tables and decorations! Definitely recommend!!

San Diego Gymnastics and Parkour has been an incredible experience for our family, especially for my two kids, ages 7 and 9. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The coaches are fantastic with kids, striking the perfect balance between encouraging them to push their limits while ensuring they stay safe and have fun. The facility is top-notch, with clean and well-maintained equipment that makes every session exciting and challenging. My 9-year-old, who loves tackling new skills, has been thriving in the parkour classes, conquering obstacles and building confidence every week. Meanwhile, my 7-year-old has fallen in love with the gymnastics program, showing off their cartwheels and flips with pure joy. What I love most is how the programs focus not only on physical fitness but also on teaching discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. It’s been amazing to see their growth, both physically and mentally. Plus, the coaches are so patient and adaptable, making sure every child feels seen and supported, no matter their skill level. As a parent, I also appreciate the welcoming atmosphere in the viewing area, where I can cheer on my kids and connect with other families. It’s clear the team at San Diego Gymnastics and Parkour genuinely cares about creating a positive, family-friendly environment. If you’re looking for a place where your kids can burn off energy, learn amazing skills, and grow in confidence, this is it. We can’t recommend it enough!

We LOVE SD gymnastics! The gym is so clean, everything is brand new, and the lobby is spacious for those parents watching their little gymnasts. My daughter's confidence has grown in the short time we've been here and I'm so excited to see her skills grow! Highly recommend getting plugged into this amazing gym!

My daughter loves her class here at SD gymnastics. This is her first time doing gymnastics and she looks forward to it every week! The facility is clean and comfortable as a parent to sit and watch, we’re so happy we found this place. They always have fun specials and promos to be apart of as a bonus.

My kid loves San Diego Gymnastics in Rancho Bernardo! He’s been attending since they opened in April 2024 and he was so excited to expand his Parkour skills. Coach Miles has been super fun and patient with our high energy son. His absolute favorite is Kid’s Night Out where he has free play for four hours and pizza is included too! Mom and Dad feel safe to drop off and enjoy themselves for a quiet dinner. We highly recommend this gym! Friendly and attentive staff makes it very easy to be members!
