"We booked a private section for team building because I had a good experience from another escape game from other company. First of all, we found some notes apparently left from previous section. The room was not cleaned up well. Secondly, one of the key prop was malfunctioned, the door will not opened anyway. After the game, the staff did not even bother to explain each hint with us and tried to send us away ASAP. Overall, no customer service, bad equipped room."
