"This place has serious issues with how they handle money—or worse, they know exactly what they’re doing. My friend paid cash for a ticket and was given $10 less in change than he was owed. When he pointed it out, the guy at the door brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Then I paid with my card and was charged twice for the same $10 cover. I assumed it was a glitch—until I saw the exact same thing happen to the people behind me. That’s not a coincidence. That’s a pattern. Whether it’s straight-up scamming or gross negligence, it’s unacceptable. I’ve already reported the duplicate charge"
