"Alright... outside of the outrageous price.. it was a great experience. Nathans accent works better for the battle against dragons. Lol. But he was great. Super helpful. Recommend for visiting w large parties for sure."

"For a first-time visitor, it would be beneficial to have a welcoming greeter available upon arrival to provide assistance. I had to search for an employee to help with check-in and answer questions. However, encountering several points of confusion, I repeatedly needed to seek clarification. Ultimately, an employee, Carolyn (apologies if misspelled), provided the necessary assistance and guidance to complete the process. The check-in process was a bit confusing. However, Thuan was incredibly informative and helpful with both gameplay and answering our questions. I truly appreciate the extra"

"Sandbox at this location was fun! My nephew and I had a blast yesterday. First, I really appreciated the amount of knowledge and education that Carolyn had about the company & games. She was visibly passionate, so that made the experience enjoyable and got us hyped. Additionally, I appreciated her for making sure that my equipments were cleaned before I utilized them. The game itself had glitches, but that’s inevitable— Mo made sure to direct us & helped us get back into the experience swiftly. He knew what he was doing. The experience was still dope. I definitely plan on returning!"
