Alright... outside of the outrageous price.. it was a great experience. Nathans accent works better for the battle against dragons. Lol. But he was great. Super helpful. Recommend for visiting w large parties for sure.

For a first-time visitor, it would be beneficial to have a welcoming greeter available upon arrival to provide assistance. I had to search for an employee to help with check-in and answer questions. However, encountering several points of confusion, I repeatedly needed to seek clarification. Ultimately, an employee, Carolyn (apologies if misspelled), provided the necessary assistance and guidance to complete the process. The check-in process was a bit confusing. However, Thuan was incredibly informative and helpful with both gameplay and answering our questions. I truly appreciate the extra effort those two employees put forth to address all our questions and concerns. If I'm ever in Dallas, I would highly recommend this location. Our three teenagers thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Sandbox at this location was fun! My nephew and I had a blast yesterday. First, I really appreciated the amount of knowledge and education that Carolyn had about the company & games. She was visibly passionate, so that made the experience enjoyable and got us hyped. Additionally, I appreciated her for making sure that my equipments were cleaned before I utilized them. The game itself had glitches, but that’s inevitable— Mo made sure to direct us & helped us get back into the experience swiftly. He knew what he was doing. The experience was still dope. I definitely plan on returning!

Sandbox VR blew us away! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and got us set up quickly. The VR gear was high-quality and surprisingly comfortable, and once we were in the game, it felt like we were actually inside another world. The graphics, haptic feedback, and full-body motion capture made everything feel so real. Great Job Roxanne!!!

This place Was Soooooooooooo Fun!!!!! Whether it’s a Date Night ,Group Trip, Family Time it’s an absolute must go!! Sooo many options! Great customer service and just an Amazing experience! Friendly staff that is willing to help and explain everything so you feel comfortable! They make sure all safety precautions are made and then it’s Show Time!🥰🥰🥰Go check this place out!!!!
