Shoreline Lake Boathouse

I recently completed my sailing test and I owe a massive debt of gratitude to my instructor, Chris. Not only did he guide me through all the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the sailing requirements, but more importantly, he helped me cultivate a genuine sense of confidence on the water. I was particularly apprehensive about hiking among other things. However, Chris's endless patience and remarkable ability to teach with such clarity completely transformed my perspective. I no longer fear the heeling and in fact, I'm starting to enjoy it and have taken my wife out on the boat. Chris is more than just a technically proficient instructor. His passion for sailing shown in his racing career is contagious, and his genuine care for his students' progress is evident in every lesson. Beyond Chris, I also want to give a shoutout to the wonderful staff at the boathouse. They are always ready to lend a hand, offer helpful advice, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Brent and Raphael for their friendly support and willingness to assist whenever needed.

Shoreline Lake is a peaceful escape in the heart of Mountain View. Perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, or just relaxing by the water. Great views, clean paths, and a cozy café nearby make it an ideal spot for a weekend chill or sunset stroll.

Beautiful place to roam around vast lake area. Boating facility available here. People come with family and friends , eat , take photographs of scenic beauty. Lot of open area with lush green grass , kids enjoy cycling here.

I always enjoy coming here to Shoreline Park in Mountain View California. There’s lots to do and see. You can also rent a watercraft here and enjoy the pond. 👍😎

Great place to grab some breakfast, do some work, and enjoy the beautiful lake! It's inspiring and motivating to be by the water yet still close to home.
