Sports Basement San Ramon

Originally went in to rent skis for the season but Nate at San Ramon location was such a pal and helped me realized it would be a much better investment to buy my own pair than rent; had a wonderful experience with him and everyone who made it so seamless to walk out the door with my own pair of skis, def recommend them! Took my Ibis Oso in for service and I didn’t have to wait! Danny took care of me and adjusted my rear derailleur, replaced my pedals and added tire sealant. Excellent work and I would highly recommend these guys! I will bring my bikes back here next time for major tune ups. Thank you guys! Appreciate you!!

This is my tribe. These are the kind of people that I want helping me find my ski gear. They are so very helpful and friendly. I walked in with an old snowboard and a pair of incomplete bindings. I left with them finding the missing pieces I needed and a pair of boots at just the right price. So I’m ready for winter and I will be back over and over to Sports Basement because these are my kind of people and they have all the right stuff!

For my birthday, I received a new Aventon Level 2 e-bike purchased at the San Ramon Sports Basement store. They had a great selection of bikes and accessories. The staff was very knowledgeable as well as very helpful. I love my new Aventon bike..a 5 star experience all the way around.

Went in to get bindings for my son‘s board and Matt went above and beyond helping me find those plus finding the part that was needed for the channel. He couldn’t find what we were looking for, but made such a big effort to find them and after spending a lot of time with me, he found them!!! Thanks so much!
