6 months agoCool place, very little bank fishing but you can get around and also rent kayaks for $15 ish. Had one guy try to say “there’s no fish in here” and this, that, the other but most people have been respectful and friendly. It’s a big park with a big lake and a decent parking lot. Plenty of room for activities.

a week agoThe walking trail is paved, we saw an eagle's nest wish that the trail was around the lake all the way and not just halfway out and back

11 months agoIt’s a lovely park! I was definitely impressed by how big it is, great for walking, fishing and …in the summer you can canoe, kayak or paddle. They have parking area very near, bathrooms, playground, picnic area. Love it!

10 months agoA great park! My kids (ages 9, 6, and 3) were all able to enjoy the same playground! We'll be back to enjoy the lake here!

11 months agoMy family and I love this park. My kids enjoy the playground, but wish there were swings. The short walk around the lake is nicely paved and there is even a boating company there if you want to rent some kayaks. Sitting in the pavilion by the lake is so peaceful. The sunsets there are beautiful.
