What parents say
"Cool place, very little bank fishing but you can get around and also rent kayaks for $15 ish. Had one guy try to say “there’s no fish in here” and this, that, the other but most people have been respectful and friendly. It’s a big park with a big lake and a decent parking lot. Plenty of room for activities."

"The walking trail is paved, we saw an eagle's nest wish that the trail was around the lake all the way and not just halfway out and back"

"It’s a lovely park! I was definitely impressed by how big it is, great for walking, fishing and …in the summer you can canoe, kayak or paddle. They have parking area very near, bathrooms, playground, picnic area. Love it!"
