First and foremost, this park has a senseless layout with dead-ends and very few connecting paths. The staff are mostly friendly and the food variety is good, although prices can be outrageous. Solid collection of roller coasters including Superman, Batwing, and Roar….but inexplicably, Six Flags America hasn’t gotten a unique coaster since 2001 (Firebird and Rajun Cajun were transplants from Chicago). If the park got more love from corporate, maybe fans would like them more too, but for now, this is one of the weaker Six Flags in the country.

Six Flags America is a nice amusement park, and my family always enjoys going there. The kids absolutely love the rides, and it’s definitely a family-friendly place with something for everyone. That said, the prices have really started to go up. You have to pay separately for parking, which adds to the cost, and now the water park is no longer included in the admission price—you have to pay extra for that too. It’s still a fun place to spend the day, but all the additional costs make it harder to justify going as often as we used to.

For what it was worth we had a ok time. Rides were malfunctioning every other ride with the Batman, Harley Quinn, and a few other rides. Makes me wonder what they do off-season if they doing all the testing and maintenance while the park is open and people waiting to ride. Now wonder you see videos of people falling off rides and dieing if that's what's really going on. They had security and police scattered throughout the park which was good because you going to always have people people-ing. There was the teenage/young adult groups with inconsiderate overgrown men boys who don't care if you have children with you trying to bustle passed you right before you enter the line and then have the nerve to keep looking back just being sassy, groups of jew boys coughing on you as you walk by or they will walk behind you doing it (I've seen this trending with different groups of people since after covid. I wanna know what they know. What are they spreading? People don't pay attention too much smh (them jew groups, girls and boys was showing out, I didn't know they act like that smh) My daughter had an eye patch on because her allergies was bad and that seemed to attract more attention from them.. that's the only drama type situations you can wind up in thus far in the season. Everyone else was pretty much enjoying the park and their company. By the time we went to get food everything was closing. I couldn't believe we played that hard. Even with the water park closed and the kinda sunny sometimes drizzling springy day, it was still good fun.

We travel the country and visit many amusement parks. Although we had heard several previous reviews, we were still disappointed. Many rides were not open. The staff is not very friendly and none of them seem to be educated or at all knowledgeable about the park or even the station at which they work. The dining pass that we purchased for the day had nothing but problems. The show at the theater was a simple dance and music routine, without any real content. Dancers were good, but just not overall very entertaining for people like us who have been to many shows like this. Rides and attraction that were open were nothing spectacular, but still enjoyable. We found the cleanliness to be satisfactory, however maintenance of facilities seems to be lacking. Overall we made the best of our day and found enjoyment in the day with each other. We would only return here if for some reason we find ourselves in the immediate area with nothing else to do and still have season passes.

This is one of the BEST and UNDERRATED amusement parks I’ve ever been to! This park has amazing staff and amazing rides! Plus, the day I went, there were almost NO WAITS for any rides! An interesting experience I experienced was when the RESTRAINT CAME LOOSE on The Wild One coaster, which is concerning. But other than that this park is overall an AMAZING park to visit in the area!
