"Absolutely disgusting! Garbage all over the floor and trampolines, spilled drinks that were never mopped up. Carpet never vacuumed. We arrived at 9:00am for little leapers, the place was absolutely filthy! Used bandaids in the trampolines, parking lot full of trash. My kids love coming here but this was beyond disgusting. Hire a cleaning service or teach your employees how to clean!!"

"The manager was exceptional in accommodating our 7-year-old's birthday party on short notice, given its timing the day after Thanksgiving when many families often travel. The staff were courteous, attentive and highly efficient, ensuring a wonderful celebration. We highly recommend this venue and extend our sincere gratitude."

"I would recommend finding a different trampoline park if possible. The customer service is lacking. We waited about 20 minutes behind just 2 other groups just to get in with one person working the counter who didn't seem to know a whole lot. There were plenty of other employees walking around behind the counter but none seemed like they were doing much work. Once we got in I quickly learned that everything is in dire need of repair. Since they just let things break and then not fix them (this is obvious by just how much stuff is broken) I bet this place will be out of business within 5 years. "
