"We visited Urban Air using their online wristband special. While the activities were fun, the overall experience was mixed. Customer Service (2.5/5): Staff seemed very young and inexperienced. There were 6 attendants at the front, but no one greeted us—we had to initiate every conversation. "Thank god I took my family right at 11am when doors opened! After a couple of hours a ton of people flooded the building and it was hard to walk around and not bump into someone. On The day of my visit as well, there was a couple of teenagers between the ages of what it looked like 13-16, having a make out session in one of the areas; where mine and other people’s young children were playing in. My son had made me aware. I went up to stop the kids and told staff. Parents should be aware of what their kids are doing and not be left alone. Who knows what else they were doing. "DISGUSTING!!!! This has to be the DIRTIEST and most overrated indoor playground i have ever been to. keep in mind we paid $50 a person for this! The bathroom sink’s were ATROCIOUS!! not to even mention the bathroom itself smelt like urine has been soaking into those floors for MONTHS. I recommend bleach🙏!! On the way up to the sky rider THE SAFETY NETTING WAS RIPPED IN 3 DIFFERENT PLACES!! Not little rips either, they were big enough for a small child to crawl through, you could also physically see the dust and the dirt on all the platforms, ALL the employees hate their job and very obviously"
