Detailed Insights

This Sky Zone location offers ample space for kids to jump and can provide an active outlet, particularly for birthday parties with dedicated, attentive hosts. An elite membership is available and perceived as a good value for frequent visitors. However, parents should be aware of significant cleanliness issues, old/worn equipment, a reported lack of staff supervision on play areas, and a critical lack of running water in restrooms, alongside no free WiFi and a smaller venue size compared to other locations.

💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • Do not expect free WiFi; plan for alternative entertainment for parents or use cellular data.
  • Be prepared for potentially long wait times if planning to order food.
  • Thoroughly inspect the facility, especially the restrooms, upon arrival, as cleanliness reports are highly contradictory and a lack of running water is a severe concern.

  • Reported to be very dirty with trash and stains all over the floors.
  • Critical issue: Restrooms reportedly have NO RUNNING WATER.
  • Critical issue: NO EQUIPMENT SUPERVISION FROM THE STAFF.
  • No upgrades from previous owners (Rock N Jump), implying potential historical health violations.
  • Isolated report of a 'sassy' check-in staff member.

  • Plenty of parking is available.

👥Crowd Levels

  • Can be a busy environment, as noted in a review praising staff for handling pressure.
  • One reviewer stated it was 'much different' and less preferred than other locations, which could imply varying crowd levels or general appeal.

🛡️Safety Features

  • On-site security is present.
  • Significant concern: A critical lack of equipment supervision from staff was reported.
  • Significant concern: Equipment being 'taped off' indicates potential safety hazards or unavailability due to disrepair.

When to Avoid

  • If free WiFi is a necessary amenity for accompanying adults.
  • If cleanliness, especially of floors and restrooms with running water, is a top priority.
  • If you expect consistent staff supervision over all equipment areas for safety.

Ok… so this Skyzone is much different from the one at Northlake (my fav location) and the one is Roswell. No free WIFI. What kind of cheap crap is that? This one is small with limited seating. They did have on sight security. The employees are very friendly and move with a sense of urgency. The girl who checked us in she was a little sassy but I can match sassy with sassiness. The other patrons who I conversed with were very friendly. There is plenty of parking. The wait time on food was kind of long. The place was clean for the most part. I didn’t get a chance to use their bathroom so I don’t know if it was clean or not. There are about 4 party rooms. They all looked around the same size. We will revisit but this location is definitely NOT our first choice. I highly recommend them getting free GUEST WiFi.

I had the privilege of encountering Monte Bowser during my visit to Sky Zone, and his customer service under pressure was truly impeccable. Despite the busy environment, Monte remained calm, professional, and upbeat throughout. His positive attitude and willingness to help made my experience all the more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the way he made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you, Monte!

Had my son's 8th birthday here yesterday, and Amirell was our host. She was absolutely amazing, very sweet, and very patient. It's not easy hosting parties for young children; she was very attentive. I will definitely request her if you can.
