"I have been a member of Sky Zone before and previously had good experiences, but after my visit today where we resigned, I will never return. The play areas were messy, which was understandable given how busy it was (beyond crowded), but the real issue was the bathrooms. They were beyond disgusting—an absolute health hazard. Two were out of order, and the ones available were so horrendous that I nearly vomited just trying to take my daughter inside. The smell was unbearable, and the conditions were shocking—feces, urine, blood, and vomit all present. (I'm talking floors, toilets, and WALLS?!)"

"Wasn’t happy at all book my son birthday party a month in advance actually went into the facility just so I can see which room I wanted due to my son having a disability and lot little kids attending party however upon arrival I was given the wrong room (upstairs) after complaining expressing my concerns of my child (Jr did Took care of me) it was the point don’t give me an options upon booking when I get there things change.
