Sky Zone Trampoline Park

We absolutely Love Sky Zone💙 Every time we go we’re are treated like VIP everyone there is so Nice/Awesome! My kids have a great time every single time we go Felix is so Nice he makes sure all the kids are having fun! There’s also another employee Jayleen she also makes the visit to sky zone worth going she is Great to all the kids :) Thank yous! We’ll see you soon Sky Zone!

This place is great to bring the kids and have a family night of jumping, zip-lining, basketball dunking, arcade, foam pits, glow nights, and a simple yet affordable food court. The staff are all pretty much teenagers who were pretty behind the scenes for the most part. The place was pretty dirty and trashy and I have pics to prove it. The night I went here and jumped my girlfriend lost my iPhone in the big foam pit. The different shifts of teenagers would not help me look for it in any way and told me to bring my own help and come around closing time to look for it. Took me 3 days and 3 separate trips with the help of several of my own family members to finally find it while the staff just stood on the sidelines and humbly watched us grown ups sweat are butts off for an hour…

We visited on a Saturday for a birthday party. When checking in we told the staff we were with a birthday party. Us as well as the other member of the party stood at the front with all our belongings for a good 20 minutes before they told us where we could put our stuff. We had a relatively big party and was given a very small cart to put all our coats,shoes, presents and bags on. We did not have nearly enough room. It was all very chaotic and not organized whatsoever. The staff was very blunt and not helpful. We had our children ages 7,3 and 1. I could not find anywhere to jump with my two younger kids without getting trampled by older jumpers. The toddler area was closed and when I asked if it was possible to use the area a young man that worked there stated he didn't know and walked away. I was left feeling frustrated but my husband was able to take the older two to play while I sat with the baby. Everything was very dirty and sticky and covered in trash. Definitely not worth the money to go and recommend children over the age of 3.

I wanted something good to talk about. However, this is the 2nd time coming to this location and was very messy and had unacceptable standards. Not to mention 65% of the jump park was closed to the public due to inspections later this week. Why even open for business. Especially if you're charging kids $40 to jump for 1 hour. Not worth the time or money. 2 thumbs down 👎 👎

My family and I visited sky zone to give the kids a chance to play and interact with their grandpa for his birthday. Our visit today was exceptional. The staff tonight - Abby, Christopher, Diego, Felix and Gilberto were amazing to us. They were so kind and accommodating for our party. I’m not usually the type to write reviews but with this service I wanted to make sure these young people got the recognition they deserve. Whoever hired this group of people, cudos to you, you did well! We will definitely be returning.
