"We had a birthday party for our grandson here. They were professional and accommodating. They took our ice cream cake to a freezer, then brought it out early enough that we could cut it without a chainsaw - which was good because I left mine home. They also have a cart with rollers and multiple shelves that you put the gifts and whatever else you need for the room you rented if you come before your space is ready. They have tables to rent as well if your party is smaller. Sky Zone provided pizza (it's yummy, actually) and drinks, plates, napkins, etc. Someone came in to make sure we had what "

"Overall, I had a decent time here, but I had one big issue that dragged the review down from a five to a two. The big issue that dragged their review down. The employees. Many were not friendly, many were whistling at people for some things and not others. The employees were whistling at you even if you weren’t doing anything wrong that was not posted against the rules. "My son had a wonderful time. He jumped, climbed, and enjoyed his 90 minutes. As an adult, I had a different experience. I was aware that the employees didn't seem to know they worked there. Check in was more difficult than it should have been. There wasn't a lot of seating, so people laid claim to tables and sat there the entire time. They was fine, I followed my son around as he moved through the attractions. Very young children still in pull ups were unsupervised, which made me nervous. Some of the features need some updates.
