We had a birthday party for our grandson here. They were professional and accommodating. They took our ice cream cake to a freezer, then brought it out early enough that we could cut it without a chainsaw - which was good because I left mine home. They also have a cart with rollers and multiple shelves that you put the gifts and whatever else you need for the room you rented if you come before your space is ready. They have tables to rent as well if your party is smaller. Sky Zone provided pizza (it's yummy, actually) and drinks, plates, napkins, etc. Someone came in to make sure we had what we needed mid-party, refilled the drinks, and joked around with us. The play areas are fun! They have tons of trampolines, foam pits, a large climbing wall, a suspended obstacle course, tall slides, basketball courts with trampoline floors, trampoline walls at about 75° so you can bounce off the walls! It's a cool space. Yes, there are people who supervise the areas to make sure there isn't any rough stuff or rule breaking. In the main area, there are tables and chairs to eat and, I suppose, to plant yourselves, but there are also comfy couches and uncomfortable benches. They have massage chairs for the adults. They are at a very high intensity, so beware. Don't say you weren't warned. Often, people just use them as chairs, unfortunately. There are cubbies for your belongings. They are free, but there are also lockers if you want some level of security. I have a photo of the prices if you use a credit card and one for cash. I picked the largest locker so you know the highest price it would be. All in all, it's a loud but super fun place with lots to do. I recommend ear plugs.

Overall, I had a decent time here, but I had one big issue that dragged the review down from a five to a two. The big issue that dragged their review down. The employees. Many were not friendly, many were whistling at people for some things and not others. The employees were whistling at you even if you weren’t doing anything wrong that was not posted against the rules. If you felt like you were about to pass out and wanted to sit for just a second on the orange or blue part in between the trampolines, you got in trouble. If you want to sit on the black turf part in between the trampolines, that looks like a quick rest area. You also get whistled at depending on the employee. I thought the rules were the ones posted, but the employees were making of random ones as they went along. It was very agitating and very confusing as they whistle at some people for certain things and other people were doing the same thing and we’re not whistled at. The way they were acting was very dictator like and it made the experience not much fun. The experience itself of trampolining and all the amazing activities makes this place a five out of five but the employees drag this place down. I have an example below. This is a video of my husband trying to get the ball into the net and his hand touched the rim on accident for maybe a second and he got whistled at. The person in the jump area next to us held on to the bar for at least 15 to 20 seconds multiple times prior and was also an adult and not whistled at. The place was busy since it was a weekend, but it wasn’t that bad.

My son had a wonderful time. He jumped, climbed, and enjoyed his 90 minutes. As an adult, I had a different experience. I was aware that the employees didn't seem to know they worked there. Check in was more difficult than it should have been. There wasn't a lot of seating, so people laid claim to tables and sat there the entire time. They was fine, I followed my son around as he moved through the attractions. Very young children still in pull ups were unsupervised, which made me nervous. Some of the features need some updates. My son fell between the padding and a wall a few times when on the obstacle course. He didn't get hurt, just unsettling to watch happen. The bench area to store shoes and items had an extremely sticky floor. I just carried my son's items around with me. I also think it seemed a little expensive because the place isn't maintained the best. The socks are not included and they aren't cheap. All the kids seemed to be having a blast, so that's a plus.

Kids love this place. Memberships makes it very convenient to come and go. Plus you get 20% off food and snacks with the membership.

if i could give zero, i would...for the corporate customer service. their employee charged our card for the 2 kids behind us in line for a membership (not our kids) and wont refund, just give us credit for our next jump. they wont call us to discuss, we can only email and then only get a response every 5 days. We are being charged every month for kids that are not ours and had to cancel our credit card because of Roy E at corporate, they reply via email or this complaint, but wont address the issue via a simple 5 minute phone call. they will probably respond to this with a simple "thank you for your kind words and honest review" but could have avoid negative reviews with a phone call
