Sky Zone Trampoline Park

We’ve been to this location numerous times. It’s the closest location to our house but after today I’d consider a different location or activity. Today I took my son and his friend. We got in the general admission line, realized our waivers were out of date. Stepped aside to renew, took two minutes tops. Not one person checked in with general admission during this time. We got back to the checkout and the employee tried five times to sell me a membership. Five statements of no thank you and each were met with offers like, free socks and buddy passes. We just don’t go often enough and I don’t want another monthly fee. So after the fifth time saying no thanks the employee tells us there are no more day passes available. Cool. Says they’re at capacity, we can wait a few minutes until people leave. Insert eye roll. He then tells me that IF we buy a membership we can get in now. What??? So you are at capacity…unless you buy a membership? His response was it’s their policy. Sure. During all this another employee opened up the register next to us to sell general passes as more people came in. Real shocker, they got four day passes no problem. All of this happened within five minutes of when we walked up to the register to check out. My kids friend ended up buying a membership (his parents are nicer than I am) since the boys had been excited to go. Really disappointing experience as it was so clearly a forced upsell. There’s way too many places to take my kids that don’t do this. Felt as dirty as the foam pit.

Great place for a party. We had a fabulous host this time. They set everything up for us, it was wonderful. Blew up all the balloons, everything. Kids always have a blast. We always get the highest tier package so we can bring our own food and drink in and it's worth it.

Service here is great and fast! AJ was awesome and set us up with a membership because if you plan on coming more than once in a month this saves you money. Just save your socks for next time. This is great for us in the winter when we are feeling stuck inside and need to burn off some energy!

I'm unsure what the max capacity is on this place or the kid to supervise ratio for the areas. The day I went for a birthday party, it looked like it more than the max capacity of the place on how the most of the areas was busy. Sure you sign a waiver to jump and know the risk, but I saw few of the kids at the party getting hurt because of the busy area.

Not a bad place. The layout seems a little off it should be more open you can't see much as a parent in the lobby so almost impossible to watch your kid unless u follow them around the whole time
